Course Description:

Looking to make a career change or to earn extra income? Searching for a job has changed over the years, and it’s important to be aware of today’s tools and tech that can help. In this 10-session series, you’ll learn about the digital tools you can use to search and apply for jobs online—from setting up a LinkedIn account to using templates for your resume. The series will combine lectures and hands-on sessions and cover topics that are of most interest to the group, including considerations for social media use, exploring online job search engines, evaluating job posts to avoid scams, and more.

Course Prerequisites:
