1. Obtain a copy of the current book.
2. Read the book club article (updated every Tuesday) to find out the weekly assigned chapters.
3. After reading a section of the book, share your thoughts in the comments section of the book club article.
4. Finally, at the end of the month, join us on Zoom for our group discussion. The Zoom discussion date depends on the length of the book, so it may vary. It is always offered at 4:30pm ET/1:30pm PT. Stay tuned for updates!

I'm guessing Tuesdays there is place (Book Club Archives is where?) to read comments and then on the (last?) Thurs of the month, the Club meets virtually at 3:30 Pacific Daylight Time? This is the first I read by Carlos Zafon. It was a little difficult for me to follow and to hold my interest. After starting over again I was starting to understand it better. It wasn’t a bad book.

In reply to Paula Colette. I agree, Paula, with your assessment of The Shadow of the Wind. This is the first time I've read anything by Carlos Zafon, and I just love the way he writes. He brings some intriguing characters to life and makes us empathize with them.

Carlos Zafon is one of my favorite writers. I was so sad when he passed away. Shadow of the Wind is brilliantly written. Barcelona right after the civil war, a mysterious library, tragic love, and the descriptions, the city, the landscape will keep you turning the pages.
Picking this book is perfect, now I’ll read it again and join in the book club fun! And of course, Shadow is just one in a series…
